As a visionary executive with nearly 20 years in fintech, financial services, consumer lending, and marketing, I specialise in preparing startups and scale-ups for capital raises from HNWs, family offices, VCs, and private equity investors. My career is distinguished by a progressive approach to leadership, focused on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing, profitable teams.
I am the founder of Golden Sands Capital, an organisation dedicated to unlocking opportunities for early-stage businesses, connecting them with aligned investors, and driving their transformation into industry leaders. Through Golden Sands Capital, I provide hands-on guidance for businesses navigating the complexities of capital raises, while helping them align their vision with long-term growth strategies.
In addition, I am committed to realising the vision for a BCP Innovation Hub, positioning Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole as a thriving ecosystem for tech innovation, collaboration, and investment. By fostering partnerships between universities, local businesses, and funding networks, the Hub aims to attract talent, capital, and groundbreaking startups to the South Coast.
